Informal Names for the Features on Pluto and Charon

The images shown below contain the initial, informal names being used by the New Horizons team for the features and regions on the surfaces of Pluto and Charon. Names were selected based on the input we received from the OurPluto naming campaign. Names have not yet been approved by the International Astronomical Union (IAU).
